Refund policy
We want you to love the items we sell as much as we do! Although we don’t expect there to be any problems, please reach out to us through our email contact@philips-crown.com should you have any questions or concerns.
If you need to return or exchange your item:
- A return/exchange request can be made up to 14 Calendar days after the product was delivered. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
- To start a return or exchange request, email us at contact@philips-crown.com with Return/Exchange in the subject line. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customer will pay the cost of return shipping unless the reason for return was damage determined and confirmed due to our negligence. The Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
All our products are wrapped and packaged to protect from damage during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt to check if the item is defective, damaged or the incorrect item. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please e-mail contact@philips-crown.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep all shipping materials until damage claim is completed.
All our items are imports from around the world. One of the primary services of buying through our store is that you do not have to deal with the bother of waiting for your package to arrive from over seas. However, despite best efforts, items do get damaged in shipping to the United States and can even be harmed during inspections by customs officials. Therefore, it is not uncommon for products to have some scratches and dents. If such damage exists, we will disclose any noteworthy issues either in the item listing or prior to shipping to you. We strongly recommend you video the unboxing of your product and keep all original packaging to expedite any damage claim.
- We will refund or replace items that are damaged during shipping if it is determined the cause was a failure to protect it properly on our part.
- If your item was damaged because of the shipping carrier we will file a claim with the carrier.
If a replacement is warranted for a broken product:
- Because each of our items are unique any replacement for a broken product will be satisfied with either a similar item or store credit equaling the purchased price of the broken one.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
